Revizly is an online platform that allows students to automatically generate course summaries, study sheets, and quizzes from their educational documents.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Revizly, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

3. Account Creation

3.1 Registration

To use Revizly, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Revizly. If you are a minor, you must obtain permission from your parents or legal guardians.

4. Use of the Service

Revizly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for personal and educational purposes.

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Available Plans

Revizly offers several subscription plans:

• Free : Limited access with 3 generations per month
• Pro : 20 generations per month with advanced features
• Premium : Unlimited generations and premium features

5.2 Usage Limits

To ensure service quality and prevent abuse, usage limits apply to all plans, including Premium:

• Maximum 50 generations per day

These limits are in place to ensure fair use of the service and maintain optimal performance for all users.

5.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely by our partner Stripe. Prices are shown in euros including tax.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds will be issued for the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Revizly Content

All elements of Revizly (logo, interface, source code, etc.) are protected by copyright and belong to Revizly or its partners.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your source documents. AI-generated content (summaries, sheets, quizzes) belongs to you and can be used freely.

7. Liability

7.1 Warranties

Revizly strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee that the generated content is error-free. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of information.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Revizly shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, including in case of exam failure.

8. Personal Data

The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Terms Modification

Revizly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the service.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
