  • Spermatogenèse : débute à puberté, localisation dans tubules séminifères, température optimale ~35°C
  • Ovogenèse : début fœtal, arrêt en prophase 1, reprise à la puberté, ovulation, fécondation nécessaire pour terminer
  • Cellules de Sertoli : soutien, nutrition, excrétion fluide, migration des spermatozoïdes
  • Cellules de Leydig : production de testostérone sous contrôle de LH
  • Cycle ovarien : FSH stimule croissance folliculaire, œstrogènes épaississent endomètre, pic de LH provoque ovulation, corps jaune sécrète progestérone
  • Rôle du placenta : échanges gazeux, nutrition, excrétion, maintien grossesse via hCG
  • Régulation hormonale : rétrocontrôles négatifs par hormones gonadiques (testostérone, œstrogènes, progestérone)
  • Troubles fréquents : infertilité, endométriose, troubles ovulatoires, anomalies spermatique
  • Techniques d’aide à la procréation : stimulation ovarienne, FIV, ICSI, insémination
