1. Service Description
Revizly is an online platform that allows students to automatically generate study sheets, flashcards, and quizzes from their educational documents.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Revizly, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
3. Account Creation
3.1 Registration
To use Revizly, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.2 Minimum Age
You must be at least 15 years old to use Revizly, in accordance with French digital age of consent legislation. If you are a minor aged 15 or older, you must obtain permission from your parents or legal guardians.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 License of Use
Revizly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for personal and educational purposes.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to bypass the limitations of your subscription plan
- Share your account with others
- Use the service to generate content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Copy, modify, or distribute the service content without authorization
- Use robots, scripts, or other automated means to access the service
5. Subscription Plans
5.1 Available Plans
Revizly offers several subscription plans:
- Free : Limited access with 3 generations per month
- Pro : 20 generations per month with advanced features
- Premium : Unlimited generations and premium features
5.2 Usage Limits
To ensure service quality and prevent abuse, usage limits apply to all plans, including Premium:
- Maximum 50 generations per day
These limits are in place to ensure fair use of the service and maintain optimal performance for all users.
5.3 Payment
Payments are processed securely by our partner Stripe. Prices are shown in euros including tax.
5.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.5 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you are in principle entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription, without reason and at no cost.
However, in accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code, by completing your subscription payment, you expressly request the immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon first use of the service (content generation, revision sheets, flashcards, or quizzes). Payment of the subscription constitutes express consent to immediate execution and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
If you have not yet used the service after subscribing, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days. In case of a valid withdrawal, you will be fully refunded within 14 days.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Revizly Content
All elements of Revizly (logo, interface, source code, etc.) are protected by copyright and belong to Revizly or its partners.
6.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to your source documents. AI-generated content (study sheets, flashcards, quizzes) belongs to you and can be used freely.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Revizly digital service is subject to the legal guarantee of conformity. In case of a lack of conformity found within 2 years of the provision of the digital content, you may obtain the conformity of the service or, failing that, a price reduction or contract termination.

8. Liability
8.1 Warranties
Revizly strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee that the generated content is error-free. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of information.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Revizly shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, including in case of exam failure.
9. Personal Data
The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Terms Modification
Revizly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the service.
11. Dispute Mediation
In accordance with French consumer law regarding the consumer dispute mediation process, after contacting us and if our response is not satisfactory, you may use the following free consumer mediation service:

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after failure of mediation, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
