1. Military Transfer and Reassignment

  • Reassignment of military personnel: The act of moving a military member from one position to another within the armed forces, often initiated by the administration or based on operational needs (see 21.2).

  • Salary and rank cannot be reduced during reassignment: A rule stating that when a military member is reassigned to a different role or position, their current salary and military rank must remain unchanged; reductions are not permitted during this process (see 21.3).
