  • Marketing : Le marketing est une fonction principale de l'entreprise visant à influencer les comportements d'achat. Il s’appuie sur des études pour déterminer le meilleur prix et la stratégie produit, et il cherche à satisfaire et à fidéliser les consommateurs en créant des besoins, parfois artificiels, par l’influence sociale.
  • 4 P (Politique, Prix, Place, Publicité) : Ce sont les quatre politiques fondamentales du marketing, permettant de structurer la stratégie commerciale d’une entreprise. La Politique concerne la stratégie globale, le Prix la tarification, la Place la distribution, et la Publicité la communication.
  • Processus AIDA : Technique marketing visant à faire acheter à un consommateur qui n’avait pas initialement l’intention d’acheter, en attirant son Attention, suscitant son Intérêt, stimulant son Désir, puis l’incitant à l’Action.
  • Besoin artificiel : Besoin créé ou renforcé par l’influence sociale, la publicité ou le désir d’appartenance à un groupe, au-delà des besoins naturels ou fondamentaux.
